Pupil Premium

What is Pupil Premium?

Over recent years the Government has allocated schools additional funding (Pupil Premium) to support vulnerable pupils to achieve success in school life. This amount of funding is determined by the number of pupils eligible for free school meals. At Blessed Sacrament Catholic Primary School, Pupil Premium money is used to ensure all FSM children and Looked After Children (LAC) are supported in order to help them achieve success.

For the academic year 2019/20 we have been allocated £274,600 for 195 children in our school.

We have identified how best to use this income to address inequalities, raise attainment and support these children.
